- To identify students with disabilities from the moment they first register at our university.
- To provide support to students with all types of disabilities.
- To conduct face-to-face meetings with actively enrolled students with disabilities.
- To enhance the opportunities for individuals with disabilities to benefit from our university in the most effective way.
- To determine the needs of students with disabilities and address the challenges they encounter.
- To optimize the physical and social facilities of our university so that our students can make the best use of common areas.
- To support buildings and shared spaces (classrooms, cafeterias, conference halls, libraries, health centers, dormitories, gardens, parking lots, stairs, elevators, etc.) with physical and architectural arrangements that facilitate accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
- To revise transportation routes and parking areas.
- To make social, cultural, and sports activity areas accessible for individuals with disabilities.
- To ensure that students with disabilities can benefit independently from educational, learning, and cultural activities, and participate in professional life with maximum efficiency.
- To collaborate with academic and administrative staff to carry out joint initiatives.
- To organize training sessions, seminars, and conferences for academic and administrative staff as well as students in order to raise awareness on disability-related issues.
- To provide support and consultancy to academic staff regarding course accessibility, and to determine appropriate exam and course arrangements for students with disabilities.
- To direct students to units where they can receive support for disability-related challenges (physical and psychological rehabilitation, social services).
